Privacy Policy

This site has no analytics, no cookies, and no tracking of any kind. The only personal information it ever receives is what you type into the booking form yourself.

What is collected

Nothing at all unless you book a call. If you do, the form asks for:

Your name — so the calendar invite says who the call is with
Your email address — to send the invite and confirmation
Your message — what you want to talk about
Your timezone — detected by your browser, so the times shown are your local ones

Just browsing the site collects none of this. There is no sign-up, no newsletter, no advertising, and no profile is built about you.

What happens to it

It is used once, to book the call. A calendar event is created with your details, and two emails are sent: a confirmation to you, and a notification to John Ray Salamera. That is the whole process.

The information lives in Google Calendar and Gmail, in an account belonging to John Ray Salamera. It is not stored in any other database, is never sold or shared for marketing, and is not passed to anyone who is not listed below.

Services involved

Google Calendar and Google Meet — create the event and the video call link
Gmail — sends the confirmation and notification emails
Vercel — hosts the site. Like any web host, it keeps standard server logs including IP addresses
Google Fonts and jsDelivr — deliver fonts and code libraries to your browser. Loading them reveals your IP address to those services, as any web request does

How long it is kept

For as long as the calendar event and the emails exist. There is no separate archive, so deleting those removes the information.

Your choices

You can ask to see what has been kept about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email salamerajohnray@gmail.com and it will be handled. There is no account to close and no mailing list to unsubscribe from.

Cancelling a booking, by replying to the confirmation email, removes the calendar event along with it.

Children

This is a business site aimed at adults, and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no mailing list, so it is worth re-reading if you are about to book.
