Flow AI

Your business is more tangled than it needs to be.

Too many tools. Too much manual work.

Make your business flow better.

I build AI-powered automations around the way your business actually works.

Flow AI

Make your business flow better.

I build AI-powered automations around the way your business actually works.

You're the bottleneck, and you already know it.

The business moves but everything still runs through you.

The work

Four ways I hand you your time back.

Pick the one eating the most of your week, or roll all four into a single build that runs quietly in the background.

01 / Workflow automation

Workflow automation

A workflow automation canvas showing two systems connected and staying in sync

Your tools already talk to each other. They just need me to make them listen. I move orders, invoices and updates between the apps you already pay for, so you're never the one relaying messages between them.

02 / AI agents and chatbots

AI agents and chatbots

A chat assistant answering instantly and qualifying the lead

I build you an assistant that answers at 2am, qualifies the lead, and only hands you the ones worth closing. I train it on your business, not the internet's, so you stop losing customers to a slow reply.

03 / Document and data processing

Document and data processing

A document turning into structured, checked fields

Invoices, forms, receipts, reports. I get them read, sorted and filed before you've even opened the email.

04 / Custom AI integrations

Custom AI integrations

AI wired into the middle of a system you already run

I wire AI straight into the system you already run. No new software for your team, no retraining, no starting over.

Built with tools already in your business.

Who builds it

You're not hiring an agency. You're hiring me.

My name is John Ray Salamera, and I build it start to finish. You talk to me on the first call, I write your automations, I test them against your real work, and I pick up the phone if something looks off later on.

  • I buildWorkflow automation, AI agents, document and data processing, and custom integrations
  • I work withSmall business owners, agencies, e-commerce stores, and startup teams
  • How I workCost and terms depend on the project and where we connect. I'm upfront about it before anything starts, and you keep the map either way.

Tired of repetitive tasks? Let's change that.

The path

Three steps, and the first one is free.

I run the same three steps every time, so you always know what happens next, what you walk away with at each stage, and what it costs before anything starts.

The call

Step 1

Twenty minutes. I map exactly where your week goes and hand you the three tasks worth fixing first. You keep the map, whether you hire me or not.

The build

Step 2

I build it, run it against your real work, and show you it working before it ever touches a customer.

What's next

Step 3

What happens after the build depends on you. Some clients take the finished work and run with it, some keep me on retainer, and some bring me on part time or full time as part of the team.

Previous work

A few of the systems I've built.

The first two are systems I built and run, with the figures counted in the accounts themselves. The rest are samples for now, so you can see the shape of the work, and their figures are estimates. Open any of them for the write-up.

The numbers

What automation actually gives back.

These are estimates, not a study. They are the shape of what automation tends to give a small team back, and that last number is the whole reason this page exists.

61%

of small businesses using AI save 16 or more hours a month

22%

save 40 or more hours a month

29%

bought something and have not seen a return from it

83%

Good questions

The stuff people usually want to know before we start.

What if it gets something wrong?
It flags it and stops. Every automation I build has a point where a human gets asked before anything irreversible happens. You choose where that line sits, and you can move it whenever you want.
Will I be able to see what it’s doing?
Yes. Every run is logged in plain language, in one place you can open from your phone. If you can't see it, I haven't finished building it.
What happens to my data?
Wherever you say. Most builds run inside the tools you already trust, and none of it feeds a model that trains on it. If you want everything staying in your own accounts, that's a normal build, not a special one.
Will this replace my team?
It replaces the parts of their day everyone hates. The copying, the filing, the chasing. Nobody was hired to do that, and every hour it takes back is an hour they spend on the work you actually hired them for.
What if something breaks later on?
It's mine to fix. Every build comes with a support arrangement agreed up front, in writing, so you're never choosing between a broken automation and a new invoice.
What’s this going to cost?
The first call is free and you keep the map either way. What it costs after that depends on the project and where we're working together, and I'll always tell you upfront before anything starts.
The first step

Find out exactly where your week goes.

Twenty minutes on a call. I map your week, name the three tasks worth fixing first, and send you the map. Free, and yours to keep even if you never hire me.

  • No pitch deck, no obligation
  • You keep the map either way
  • Cost discussed openly, before anything starts
